How the Agency Workspace handles your sign-in information.
Information we collect
When you sign in we record the details you enter on the sign-in form, such as your Sabre ID, PWD, PCC and authenticator code, along with the date and time of the attempt and whether it succeeded.
How we use it
These details are used only to run and monitor your sign-in session. They let your instructor see who has signed in, help you if a step is not working, and confirm that your onboarding is complete.
Sharing
Your records are visible only to the instructors and administrators responsible for your onboarding. We do not sell this data or share it for advertising.
Storage and retention
Sign-in activity is kept for as long as your account is active and is removed once your onboarding records are no longer needed.
Browser storage
The portal may store small preferences in your browser, such as whether you chose to show your PWD on screen. These stay on your device and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
Security
Sign-in activity is transmitted over an encrypted connection. These credentials are never used to access live reservations.
Your choices
You can ask your instructor or system administrator to review, correct or delete the records held about you.
